We have grown to become the area's leading primary care and multi-specialty clinic represented by over 70 physicians, six clinics, the Jackson Eye Center, West Bend Clinic Rehabilitation Center and the West Bend Surgery Center. Our affiliation with Froedtert & Community Health provides patients with an even broader network of providers and expanded health care services.
