“I received much support over my 13-year career at Froedtert. I started out with the patient transport department, which supported me with pursuing my dream of having an IT career. The department made accommodations with my school and work schedule and provided me with resources to help me get where I am today. Other programs like the Career Mobility Center allowed me to find a landing spot in IT. Transitioning to IT from a clinical position was a big move. When I started in IT security, the team was very welcoming and – being a new graduate – the team embraced me and helped me develop my skills."
