Business Resource Groups and Diversity Action Team
Our business resource groups (BRGs) and diversity action team (DAT) are vital resources for our organization and our workforce. Our BRGs are voluntary, staff-led groups that give team members the opportunity to connect with one another about shared interests, backgrounds and beliefs. Our DAT is a voluntary, staff-led group that supports strategic initiatives that impact the staff experience and the patient experience, with a focus on diverse populations. All groups open doors to personal and professional development through mentoring, volunteerism, networking, leadership development and community involvement. Through participation in these groups, our team members feel connected, engaged and heard. Yet another great reason to be here!
Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning and Allies (LGBTQA) Business Resource Group
