Business Resource Groups and Diversity Action Team
Our business resource groups (BRGs) and diversity action team (DAT) are vital resources for our organization and our workforce. Our BRGs are voluntary, staff-led groups open to all team members that give them the opportunity to connect with one another to make a positive impact. Our DAT is a voluntary, staff-led group that supports strategic initiatives that impact the staff and patient experience. All groups provide personal and professional development through mentoring, volunteerism, networking, leadership development and community involvement. Through participation in these groups, our team members feel connected, engaged and heard!
