Mentoring and continued education is baked into our work environment. We use our state-of-the-art simulation lab as part of orientation to support hands-on learning. Our residency program requires 4 simulations to be completed. We also have educators from area schools who practice at our facilities, helping bridge education and clinical work.

Sign on bonuses
Respiratory Care Practitioner: $1,000-$10,000 depending on location, shift and level. 

Respiratory Therapist: $5,000-$15,000 depending on education level and licensing. 5% increase with credentialing completion.

Tuition Reimbursement
Team members in benefit eligibility tiers 1-2 (0.5-1.0 Full-time Equivalent/FTE) may be eligible for tuition reimbursement for classes that begin on or after their date of hire. Reimbursement for team members in Tiers 1 - 2 is up to $7,500 per calendar year
