Ambulatory

Why Choose Our Float Pool?
  • Diverse Clinical Experience: Work across various units and facilities, discovering new specialties while building a comprehensive skill set
  • Premium Compensation: Enjoy an added float premium on top of competitive base pay
  • Flexible Scheduling: Monday-Friday between 6:30 am - 6 pm, with no more than 8-9 hour shifts
  • Work-Life Balance: No weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements

Emergency Department

Looking for flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to grow your emergency care skills? Join our ED Float Pool team and make a difference across our leading emergency departments.

Program Highlights:
  1. Practice at our 3 main emergency departments:
    • Froedtert Hospital (Wauwatosa)
    • Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital
    • Froedtert Westbend Hospital
  2. Flexible scheduling that works for you:
    • Submit your ideal 6-week schedule
    • Up to 6 guaranteed days off
    • Ability to request specific days off or long weekends
    • Every 3rd weekend rotation
    • Holiday rotation
  3. Access to additional shifts at all 3 campuses

South Regional RN Float


Join our South Regional Float Pool and play a vital role in supporting patient care across Froedtert Hospital, Froedtert Bluemound Rehab Hospital, Menomonee Falls Hospital, and West Bend Hospital. As a South Region RN Float, you’ll work in medical/surgical or critical care units, gaining diverse experience while enjoying flexibility and growth opportunities.
